How to Register and Book Your First Workout
Create an Account:
Sign up via our app (available for Android and iOS) or on our website. You can register using Facebook, Apple, or your email. During sign-up:Select the city where you’ll train.
Choose a membership or partner plan.
Book a Class:
After registering, browse our schedule in the app.Use filters to narrow down options or navigate with the calendar.
Tap "Book" and complete the health details section (age, gender, height, and weight). This allows us to provide personalised feedback using our heart rate sensors.
Confirmation:
You’ll receive a confirmation email and see your booking on your app dashboard.
Note: Classes are limited in capacity and must be booked in advance.
Fitness Levels and Class Language
Who Can Join?
BEAT81 is open to all fitness levels. Modifications for exercises ensure everyone—from beginners to advanced athletes—feels challenged yet comfortable. Inform your coach about any injuries or specific needs before class.Languages:
Classes are typically conducted in English or German, depending on the city. Check the flag icon next to your selected class in the app for the language.
Bringing Family or Pets
Can I Bring My Child?
Unfortunately, children cannot stay during workouts for safety reasons. You’re welcome to bring them before or after class to explore the studio.Can I Bring My Dog?
Indoor Classes: No pets allowed.
Outdoor Classes: Dogs are welcome but must be well-behaved and not disrupt the session. Owners are responsible for their pets.

Outdoor Locations:
Workouts take place in parks or public spaces, so there are no showers, lockers, or changing rooms. Belongings can be kept next to bikes at your own risk.Indoor Locations:
Some venues have showers, lockers, and changing areas. Check the location description in the app for specifics.
Weather Policy
We train year-round in all weather conditions. However, your safety is our priority. In cases of extreme weather, you’ll be notified via email if a class is canceled.
What is BEAT81?
BEAT81 is built around the concept of achieving 81% or more of your maximum heart rate for at least 15 minutes during workouts. This optimal zone boosts cardiovascular health, endurance, and calorie burn while ensuring maximum efficiency.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to own a heart rate sensor?
No, BEAT81 provides free sensors for all workouts. If you have your own compatible device, you’re welcome to use it, but it cannot connect to our system.
What should I do if I haven’t worked out in a while?
Don’t worry! BEAT81 classes are designed for all levels. Coaches offer variations for every exercise, and you can pace yourself. Let your coach know if you have any concerns or injuries.
Can I still participate without providing personal health details?
Yes, but you won’t receive heart rate tracking or personalised feedback during your workout.
What Happens If I’m Late to a Class?
For safety and to respect other participants, late arrivals are not allowed once the class has started.
For Ride Classes, we have a strict 5-minute door policy:
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, you will not be allowed to enter the class.
