FAQ's:
What happens if a sensor does not work?
Don't worry, your class will count towards the challenge, make sure to tell the coach to check you in or contact Support via the chat app. BEAT points will not be counted.
What if I don't want to wear a sensor?
You can still participate. If you did 20 workouts, you will win the socks & HR strap. But you will not be part of the leaderboard, as therefore the BEAT points are important.
When will the prize draw take place?
The reward draw will take place by 14:00 on 22.12.25
When will customers get an email about the reward collection?
The reward emails will be sent by 17:00 on 22.12.25
