General Rules:
Plastic bottles, towels, unhygienic items, underwear/socks, food should go straight in the trash.
Make sure emergency exits are always clear and front door can be opened in case of emergency.
2. Access & Daily Operations

Opening Steps:
Turn on all the lights;
FOH
Changing Room Women
Changing Room Men.
Turn on AC (on the right, white monitor).
Press & hold power button until the screen lights up and the "on/off" button lights up.
Make sure AC is set to 21°C.
Turn on AV (on the left, black monitor).
Press & hold PRG (orange letters) to change modes, repeat it until you select Comfort+.
Connect to the JBL speaker.
Turn on iPads at front desk;
open the relevant workout.
Turn on TV.
remote found in FOH desk → turns on all TVs.
Prepare headphones, towels, straps for the first class.
Place BEAT81 sign outside.
Quick walkthrough of the studio → report if anything is not clean or tidy.
Check changing rooms for lost & found or missed items.
Check washing machine & dryer:
Remove wet towels from washer → dry in dryer.
Bring dried towels to front desk to be folded.
Check bikes are aligned and ready.
Closing Steps:
You will do the exact same as the end of the ride - in addition the following needs to be done.
Check if the laundry is done.
please do not put a washing cycle on if you are closing the studio overnight.
place wet towels into the dryer & turn on.
remove dry towels from the dryer & bring to the FOH desk.
Make sure headphones from previous ride are disinfected & put on charge.
Make sure shoes from previous ride are disinfected & placed back onto the shelves.
Make sure all 3 sets of mics + bodypacks are cleaned.
Turn off AC.
Press & hold power button until the screen display darkens.
Turn off AV.
Press & hold PRG (orange letters) until you select off.
Turn off all the lights.
Bring the BEAT81 sign inside.
Close the door behind you - double check the key is in the key safe before closing.

Workout Area: Workout lights can be trolled by the switch at the FOH desk, LED bars used during workout can be controlled via light iPad on coach bike

Ventilation Control: Behind FOH desk(the one on the left)
Press & hold PRG (orange letters) to change modes, repeat it until you select the desired mode.
Eco Mode → lowest power
Comfort Mode → mid power
Comfort+ Mode → highest power
Off → when leaving the studio
Main AC: Press & hold power button until the screen lights up and the "on/off" button lights up.
Facilities:
Lost & Found Procedure: Items placed in Lost & Found box in storage room
Lockers & Customer Storage: Located at front desk and changing rooms
Water Access and Showers: Available in the changing rooms
