How do I delete my BEAT81 account?

To delete your BEAT81 account:

  • Reach out to us via the Support Chat or email [email protected] using the email address linked to your account.

  • Once your request is received, the deletion process will take 3-4 working days.


I can’t log in to the BEAT81 app.

If you’re unable to log in, follow these steps:

  1. Reset your password and ensure you manually type your email address in LOWER CASE and password (no copy-pasting or autofill).

  2. Uninstall and reinstall the app if the issue persists.

  3. Check that your phone’s operating system is updated to the latest version.

  4. Try Password reset via browser, following the Password Reset link

If you get an issue with phone number verification:

  1. Make sure you only have 1 BEAT81 account.

  2. If you have multiple, try to login to another account, as it is possible your phone number was verified there.

  3. What if my phone number is linked to another account?

    If your phone number is connected to an old account, we can update it for you.

    Please send us:

    • ✅ Your phone number

    • ✅ Your old email address

    • ✅ Your new email address

    • ✅ Please confirm which email you would like to keep

    We’ll merge your accounts and ensure your phone number is correctly linked.

If these steps don’t work, you can access your account via our website. Please contact Support via [email protected] with screenshots of the issue for further investigation.
