Why You Need an Updated Payment Method
Adding or updating a payment method allows you to complete purchases and benefit from discounts seamlessly on the BEAT81 app. Keeping this information current ensures uninterrupted access to your subscription and services.

You can update your payment information at any time via the BEAT81 app or website under Settings > Membership & Billing.
Steps to Add or Update a Payment Method
Open the BEAT81 App: Log in to your account via the app.
Navigate to the Billing & Membership Section: Go to the 'Billing & Membership' tab in your profile or settings menu.
Add or Update Your Payment Details:
If adding a new payment method for the first time, follow the on-screen prompts to input your details.
If updating an existing payment method, select the option to edit your payment details, and provide updated information.
Save Changes: Confirm and save your changes to ensure the new payment method is active.
Troubleshooting Tips
Ensure your selected payment method is valid and active (e.g., credit/debit card or other supported methods).
Contact BEAT81 support via the in-app chat or support email if you encounter difficulties updating your payment method.
Updating via Email Instructions
In certain cases, you might receive an email prompt from BEAT81 asking you to update your payment method. This is often triggered by an issue with your current payment method. In such cases:
Open the email from BEAT81 and follow the provided instructions.
Use the included link to securely enter your updated payment details.
When does my membership renew and expire?
Memberships renew automatically every month based on the original purchase or renewal date unless canceled.
Upgrades: This can be done by reaching out to support.
Downgrades: Apply after the current billing cycle ends.
