How to Cancel or Change Your Workout
You can cancel or change your class anytime in the BEAT81 app or your partner’s app. Both apps show all your active bookings, so it’s easy to cancel if you can’t attend.
BEAT81 Classes (General Rule)
Cancel for free up to 12 hours before class
→ This gives others a chance to take your spot.
Cancel less than 12 hours before class
→ Your booking credit or membership ticket is used.
Rescheduling within the 12-hour window: If you reschedule a class less than 12 hours before the original start time, it will still count as a used credit.
If You Booked via a Partners (USC, Wellpass, Wellhub)
One booking per day
→ Partner systems only allow one class each day.
Cancel more than 12 hours before class
→ You can rebook another class the same day without penalty.
Cancel less than 12 hours before class
→ Your partner may charge a fee, and you may not be able to rebook that day. If you still want to attend, you’ll need to buy a single BEAT81 ticket.
Illness
→ Contact your partner directly, as their refund rules apply.
ClassPass → can book as many classes as you like, using your credits available.
If You Have a BEAT81 Membership
Cancel more than 12 hours before class
→ Free cancellation, no tickets lost.
Cancel less than 12 hours before class
→ One ticket will be deducted from your membership (no extra fees).
Joining another class
→ Requires an additional ticket.
Illness
→ If you send a valid medical note to BEAT81 support, we can review your case and refund the ticket if approved.
Switching Payment Methods: Tickets to USC Passes
Booking Spot Retention: Switching payment methods from a ticket to a USC pass is not allowed if done less than 12 hours before the class start time.
Credit Implications: Changes made within the 12-hour window will result in the original ticket being counted as used.
Free Trial Members
Free trial tickets are valid for 1 month only.
Tickets cannot be renewed once the trial ends.
Coach Changes
If a coach is sick, we may assign a replacement.
All our coaches are trained to deliver the same quality, so a coach change does not qualify for free cancellation.
