What does the BEAT81 free trial include?
New users receive 3 free trial tickets upon signing up.
These tickets allow you to try any workout format (indoor, outdoor, or ride) at any BEAT81 location.
When do the trial tickets expire?
Trial tickets are valid for 30 days from the day of signup.
Any unused tickets will expire after the 30-day period.
How do I get started?
Download the BEAT81 app and create your account.
Your free tickets will automatically be available in your account.
Book and attend your workouts within the trial period.
Why can’t I book my remaining trial tickets?
Do I Need to Cancel My BEAT81 Free Trial to Avoid Charges?
Trial tickets are valid for one month since the account creation. Unfortunately, if more than a month has passed, your trial tickets can no longer be used.
No charges will occur unless you actively decide to subscribe to a paid membership, as the free trial does not automatically convert into one.
When the free trial ends, any unused trial tickets will become invalid, and you will not be charged unless you enroll in a paid plan actively. BEAT81 does not require users to cancel since trial expiration happens automatically.
Please keep in mind we have a 12 hour cancellation policy which will use a ticket if you cancel late.
