Sign up via our app (available for Android and iOS) or on our website. You can register using Facebook, Apple, or your email address. During sign-up:
Select the city where you’ll train.
Choose a membership or partner plan.
You're good to get started!
How to delete your BEAT81 account
To delete your BEAT81 account:
Reach out to us via the Support Chat or email [email protected] using the email address linked to your account.
Once your request is received, the deletion process will take 3-4 working days.
How to update the email address on your BEAT81 account
Updating the email address on your BEAT81 account is a simple process that can be done directly within the app. Follow these instructions to ensure your email address is updated correctly:
Open the BEAT81 App - Launch the app on your mobile device.
Access Settings - Navigate to the
Settingssection from the main menu.Go to Profile - Inside
Settings, tap onProfile.Change Email - Look for the option labeled
Change email(or a similar email-related prompt). - Tap this option and enter your new email address.Save Changes - After entering the new email address, ensure you save the changes by either tapping
Saveor following the app's prompts.
Once these steps are complete, your new email address will be saved and will also serve as your primary login email. There is no need to create a new Beat81 account.
