Entrance light

How to set up
Turn TVs on, using remote control at coach station
Set workout lights to "welcome" preset
Start workout app
Choose your class
Check number of active sensors
Check in with FoH if not enough sensors for the session are available
Go to Onboarding screen
Login to Macbook PW: beat81
Navigate to ride track folder
Choose your track
Double klick -> ableton will automatically start
Set up microphone
Get yourself a microphone and a microphone transmitter
Put charged batteries into microphone transmitter
Turn Microphone transmitter on
Put Microphone transmitter into coach belt and put it on
Allign microphone to your face
Too close to your mouth = crackling sound in your voice
Too far away from your mouth = Voice is too quiet
Perform sound check
Put your headphones on
Start RIDE track in Ableton
Adjust Music volume on ixer according to label
Give instructions through the microphone that are realistic in terms of volume
Adjust both, music volume and voice volume until you have found a sweetspot
Turn on Wonderboom speaker
Connect to your own device (smartphone)
Start spotify playlist to welcome customers properly

Ventilation/AC
Ventilation (if applicable)
There are two control panels.
The upper one, controls the air ventilation in the ride room.
The bottom one, controls the air ventilation in the changing rooms.
Please TURN ON both panels by pushing on the ON/OFF button. You do not need the change the settings.
Eins: Kühlen = Setting: Cooling
SET: 20C --> This is the tempreture that we wish to achieve
The big temperature in the middle is the current temperature in the RIDE Room. It will be higher than the SET temperature when you turn on the ventilation because the air conditioning is not on yet. Don't worry about it.
Zul = Air inflow
Abl = Air outflow
Main AC (if applicable)
Next to the door in the ride room you will find the control panel for the air conditioning. Press the ON/OFF button to turn it on or off. When you turn it off, it takes a couple of minutes to shut down, don't worry it is normal. As soon as the panel is off and the green dot next to the button is off, the AC will shut down.
The air conditioning is preset to the settings you see above. DON'T TOUCH IT. You do not get to change it! Only turn it on and off. In case these are not the settings that are set, please set it so.

IMPORTANT: You don't have to set it colder! As it is set on automatic, the motor will recognize if it has to cool harder or less to achieve 20C!

Lost & Found

Inform your Studiomanager via WhatApp or direct call what happend

Opening
Turn on lights next to the front desk in entry hall
Turn on ventilation system
Turn on lights in the changing rooms - on the right hand side of the lockers
Turn on lights of the mirrors in the changing room next to the mirrors
Turn on AC in the Ride room on the right hand side when you enter the room
Closing
Turn off AC in Ride room
Turn off Ventilation in entry hall
Turn off lights on the right hand side of the lockers
Turn off lights of the mirrors next to the mirros
Turn off lights in the entry hall (next to the front desk)
Close the door (no key needed, just closing)
