Arrival Guidelines

First Workout:
Arrive 15 minutes early to meet your coach, set up your heart rate sensor, and get a quick introduction to BEAT81.

  • Regular Classes:
    Arrive 10 minutes early to set up and prepare.

  • Ride Classes:

    Doors close 5 minutes before the class starts. Please plan to arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience for everyone—thank you for your understanding!


What to Wear and Bring.

Appropriate Workout Clothes

Please wear appropriate workout clothes for all classes. Topless workouts are not allowed at any location.

Essentials

  • A water bottle (drinking water is available at our locations).

  • Indoor shoes for HIIT classes (clean, non-marking shoes to change into).

Additional Information

  • Indoor Classes: Showers and lockers are available at some locations. Check the app for specific details.

  • Ride Classes: Cycling shoes and towels are provided.
