How should I prepare for a workout? (what to wear and bring)
Arrive about 15 minutes early to check in and get set up, bring a full water bottle to stay hydrated, and pack a towel to use at every station — especially if you sweat a lot. Wear comfortable, flexible clothing that lets you move freely, and bring your workout shoes to change into right before class, as street shoes aren’t allowed to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, wearing appropriate workout shoes and clothing is mandatory. Topless workouts are not allowed at any location.
For RIDE workouts, cycling shoes and a towel are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Which workout should I join if I haven't joined any BEAT81 workouts before?
If you haven't tried any Circuit or HYBRID training, we recommend you to try our BUILD formats. If you'd like to try a mix of strength and cardio, we recommend you to try our HYBRID Foundation your starting point for HYBRID training. Formats like Power, Endurance and Progression can feel a bit advanced if you're not familiar with HYBRID training.
