How does the waiting list work?

What does this mean?

The class is already fully booked, so you need to wait for another customer to cancel before your booking can be confirmed.

How to secure a spot from the waitlist?

Once a customer cancels, you will receive a push notification and an email to confirm your spot. Be quick - we send the notification to all customers on the wait list and it's first come, first served. System delays may sometimes cause the app to momentarily show an available spot that has already been booked. Acting promptly when you receive a notification is crucial to securing your spot.

What can you do from here?

  • Wait for a free spot

  • Book a different workout that has a free spot

  • Plan ahead: Book your classes as early as possible to avoid waitlists

  • Monitor notifications: Keep an eye on your app notifications to respond quickly if a spot opens up

  • Be flexible: Consider alternative class times or locations if your preferred class is fully booked

Please note: Being waitlisted is not an actual booking and you can only join a workout if you have an actual booking. No charges apply for the waitlist spot. For safety and organizational reasons, BEAT81 does not allow participants to attend a class without a valid booking. Even if you show up and there appears to be an empty spot, you will not be permitted to join the class.
