What are RIDE, BURN, BUILD and HYBRID?
RIDE, BURN, BUILD and HYBRID are four workout categories that help you choose how you want to train. Each one focuses on a different goal — cycling-based cardio (RIDE), high-intensity cardio (BURN), strength training (BUILD), or a balance of strength and cardio (HYBRID). They help you quickly understand what a workout delivers, how intense it will feel, and how it fits into your overall training — so you can choose with confidence, every time.
Why did the workout names change?
To make choosing the right workout easier, names like RIDE, BURN, BUILD, and HYBRID show the overall training focus, while formats like Foundation, Power, or Endurance add detail on how the workout is structured and how it will feel. This helps you quickly see whether a session matches your goals and fits into your overall training.
How long are these workouts?
Most of our workouts are 45 minutes — but watch for our special 60- and 90-minute sessions when you’re ready to go the extra mile.
What does a typical 45-minute workout look like from start to finish?
Our 45-minute workouts follow a clear, coach-led structure from start to finish. You’ll begin with a guided warm-up, move into focused work blocks tailored to the workout type you choose, and finish with a short cooldown. The session builds gradually, peaks in intensity, and brings you down again — so you leave feeling worked, balanced, and ready to recover.
