BURN, together with RIDE, are our most cardio-intense modules. Compared to BUILD and HYBRID, they prioritize heart rate, pace, and continuous movement over lifting heavy. Expect a faster tempo, higher heart rates, and a sweat-heavy session that pushes your cardio more than your strength. All levels are welcome, as you can push yourself as much as you feel comfortable.
