Registering with BEAT81 as a USC Member
To connect your USC membership with BEAT81, follow these steps:Ensure that you use your 7-digit USC Customer ID introduced recently, replacing the older 9-digit format.
Book your first workout via the USC app.
Download and install the BEAT81 app.
Create an account, select your city, and choose Urban Sports Club as your partner.
Retrieve your USC customer number from the USC app and enter it in BEAT81.
Complete your health details setup, and you're ready to go!
Navigate to
Memberships > Billing Partnersin the BEAT81 app and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the linking of your USC membership.
⚠️ If you previously created a BEAT81 account, your USC membership will automatically merge once you book a class—provided you entered your USC details correctly. Ensure that you do not enter outdated USC IDs or create duplicate accounts, as this could result in booking errors. If duplicate accounts exist, reach out to support to have them merged.
Updating Your USC Customer ID in BEAT81
A recent update necessitates using a 7-digit Customer ID instead of the old 9-digit Membership ID for syncing. Follow these steps:
Open the BEAT81 app and go to
Settings > Membership & Billing > Modify.Enter your updated 7-digit USC Customer ID.
Save changes to ensure your bookings sync correctly.
Double-check the ID for errors to avoid disruptions.### Troubleshooting Syncing Issues If syncing problems occur, follow these steps:
Ensure the 7-digit USC Customer ID is used instead of the old 9-digit Membership ID.
Avoid creating duplicate accounts. If duplicates are detected, contact support to merge them.
Unlink and re-link your USC membership in the BEAT81 app by navigating to
Memberships > Billing Partnersand following prompts.If issues persist, contact BEAT81 support for further assistance.
Booking BEAT81 Classes with USC
All BEAT81 workouts must be booked via the USC app.
Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from BEAT81 and the class appears in your BEAT81 app.
If you do not receive an email confirmation but have a booking in your USC account, get in touch and we will check it through for you.
Any changes or cancellations to bookings must typically be made at least 12 hours in advance. This policy ensures equitable access to classes for all members.
BEAT81 cannot directly modify bookings for USC members. Instead, all modifications must be handled via the USC app or support.
Attendance Limits for USC Members
M Membership: 4 workouts per month per location (e.g., 4 classes at Location A, 4 at Location B, etc.).
L or XL Membership: 8 workouts per month per location.
Daily Limit: 1 booking per day.
The "1 booking per day" rule generally applies to partner members, including USC users, as part of partnership agreements.
Checking In for Your Workout
Scan the QR code at the location before your class.
If you cannot find the QR code, ask a BEAT81 coach for assistance.
Important: Failure to scan will result in a No Show status in USC’s system. If this happens, contact USC support for dispute resolution.
If needed, you can use a screenshot from your BEAT81 app to verify attendance.
Resolving No-Show Fees
If you were wrongly charged a no-show fee even though you attended the class:
Collect proof of attendance:
Reach out to BEAT81 Support to confirm your attendance.
Take screenshots of your workout results in the BEAT81 app.
Contact the partner’s support (e.g., USC):
Share your proof with the partner’s support team via in-app support or email.
Request that they update your attendance record and remove the no-show fee.
Important info about fees:
Fees for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals are set by the partner’s system.
BEAT81 has no control over these charges.
Any fee-related issues must be addressed directly with the partner’s support.
