Studio Rules
unhygienic items, underwear/socks, food should go straight in the trash.
Make sure emergency exits are always clear and front door can be opened in case of emergency.
Troubleshooting
Emergency at a workout, Location issues, Workout App Issues:
→ Urgent (issue affecting current class/next classes): Call Coach Support (+49 1573 5988246), send follow up DM through app asking for call back if no answer
or
Contact Support via the Beat81 app → Chat →Customer Support --> tag "HAM"

2. Access & Daily Operations
Key Safe – Main
In front of Schanze Studio, same side as official entrance, accessable from sidewalk.

Please make sure to return it to the same lock box.
Entry Instructions
• Entry route: Only one main door
• Use the doorstop or tape as a temporary solution to hold the door open
Opening Steps:
First of all: FOH is in the Studio 30 min before a class starts - they will be the one opening and closing the studio. In case you are there earlier, you can open the studio yourself as well.
Get keys out of the key-box or use the App
Turn on lights, ventilation
Check all rooms if everything is in order
Set up the front desk and load the workouts (Settings -> FOH / Onboarding iPad and "jump to today" and switch at Location between "Ride" and "Circuit")
make sure there are enough straps in the strap-boxes
Closing Steps:
Turn off the lights in the circuit room
Lock the iPad (this will also automatically turn off the TVs)
Ventilation (simply click the off switch on the two small white boxes at the exit of the Circuit Room)
Turn off the lights behind the counter (labelled Main, Women, Men)
Place the microphone on the counter (we will disinfect it later)
Check all rooms and lockers → place forgotten items in Lost & Found
Turn off ventilation (main area)
Close the door and return key to key box
Lightning
• General Area:
All common areas → white switch by FOH desk
TV/iPad check:
Switch on TVs by just unlocking the workout iPad or sometimes you may need to use the remote control (located above the Emergency Kit at the wall, right by the door (when you enter on the right side) and works for all TVs, you just need to stand directly under the respective TV).
Music Common Areas: For now JBL Box at Front Desk (to be updated soon, sound system will get installed).

Mics and Music
Mic and Music volume markers are on the front of the Mixer. Please use these recommended volume levels (White line of volume knob pointing directly up to the white mark on the front of the mixer) for your ride. ESPECIALLY for the Mic volume it needs to be up at the line.
Ableton
To make sure that Ableton and the downloaded tracks work, go to Ableton and open one of the tracks in the software. You can do so by following these steps:
Check that the volume on the laptop is at maximum volume.
Check the volume on the mixer is at the recommended level (White line)
Make sure the correct audio output is selected in Ableton when playing the track. --> If sound is not working just from Ableton Go to live (upper left corner) preferences > audio > audio output live > change device in the dropdown to "External headphone output "

Headphones must be charged at the end of each night; when fully charged, they last approximately 12 hours.
